From 11 AM to 1 PM at Rancho San Rafael
During the last week of May, 2026, the memorials for the Epstein survivors and victims were destroyed.
On Saturday, May 30, 2026, two dozen people helped rebuild the memorial.
Less than 24 hours later the memorial had been deliberately destroyed again. It is illegal in NM to remove descansos located on public land.
Please join us tomorrow, June 6, at 11 AM, to rebuild the memorial again. The work will continue until 1 PM, but of course leave whenever you need to.
Please bring
- water
- a hat
- gloves
- shovels
- signs of support (please ask Lisa C of NM Stronger Together Coalition for permission for each sign)
Note: the last restroom is in Eldorado.
According to Lisa C, the memorial will be relocated to an area that should be better protected (still on the roadside), but follow all directions of the leadership on site. They have been in communication with NM DOT and know the best spot for rebuilding.
Thanks everyone who might be able to join in this effort.
