Submission Guidelines
💡
So... you've got some idea and want to get on the agenda... or get something in the newsletter and reach 1000s of people. Well, we're here to tell you how to do it!
As we've grown, it has gotten difficult to keep track of all the requests submitted for different purposes. We are standardizing that process to make it more easily accessible to the membership and also easier to manage for the people who put together the Agenda, Newsletter, and Website.
📫
All submissions should be sent by email to submissions@indivisiblesantafe.org
- Each email subject line should include the type of request (Agenda, Newsletter, or Website).
- Each email subject line MUST include a short, unique description of the topic; e.g., for agenda items, this might be what we include on the agenda itself that is shared before the meeting. Please do not combine requests in a single email!
