The Unitarian Universalist Santa Fe Church minister, the Reverend Gail Marriner, addressed the crowd. She spoke on the importance of the vote, on democracy, and on the tradition of peaceful transition after an election.
Social distancing and masks were practiced in the open area on the Rodeo grounds. Participants stayed either in or near their cars.
Barron Jones, ACLU Senior Policy Analyst, talked about democracy, protecting the vote, and social justice.
