ICE watch and rapid response - trainings and resources
- ⏰ Time sensitive: Register for and attend an online training from States at the Core (STAC) - ICE Watch & Community Defense happening January 28, 5 pm mountain time. Register here.
- The City of Santa Fe Immigration Committee: This citizens advisory committee has indicated it will be working on rapid response to ICE and CBP presence in the area. You can contact the Committee and learn its meeting times here.
Background and suggested language for calls to Senators regarding appropriations for DHS, CBP, and ICE.

- When calling Senators about the pending appropriations bill for DHS, it may be helpful to understand what was in the bill passed by the House. Go here for information about what is in the House DHS appropriations bill.
- The New York Times covered the diversion of DoD funds to DHS and immigration enforcement. See "$2 Billion in Pentagon Funds Said to Go to Anti-Immigrant Operations." When making calls to Senators about their votes on pending appropriations bills, you may want to ask them to insist on prohibitions on use of DoD funds for immigration enforcement.
